In our cities
urban areas, gardens and flower-beds are often interested by infestations
of parasites which make uncomfortable the growth in the above-mentioned
areas.
The hardest attacks came from the horse-chestnut Cameraria ohridella
, cause of a lesser vegetative development and in worst cases
of advanced defoliation of the tree, and from the plane Corythuca
ciliata, where his stings cause decolouration to the central part
of the leaf.
The method that preserves green areas in the city
and that is also a solution against infestations of parasites,
hardly controlled with traditional treatments, is called endo
therapic.
